Returns
We hope that you love your purchase from The Sweatery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
To return an item/s customers must email us at info@thesweatery.com, once approved they will be sent an email with all the return information.
We do not currently offer free return shipping and customers looking to return an item must return using their own shipping service and retain proof of posting for your own records.
Original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the item returned is faulty or you have been sent an incorrect item. In these circumstances, we will in the first instance send a replacement item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We aim to process all returns within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Once processed, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and should be in your account within 10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer.
